PHOENIX (KSAZ) -

Caught on camera, in Tempe where a 26 year-old man was caught taking pictures up a woman's skirt at a Tempe Marketplace Target store. In the video you see how bold he is doing it in plain sight.

Tempe Police arrested 26 year-old Patrick Kennamer last week when security spotted him taking the up-skirt photos.

In the video you see him approach the woman browsing in the Target store, he comes up behind her, bends down slightly, and snaps a few photos up her skirt without her knowing before walking away.

Police say Kennemer followed the woman around the store snapping different photos.

Target's security staff caught Kennamer in the act and called police.

Kennemer admitted to authorities that he took the photos. He was arrested and charged with surreptitious videotaping.
