Get this recipe from Chef Garnnat from Mitchell's Fish Market in Birmingham.

Salmon Lobster Shrimp Oscar
   

Ingredients:
7 oz. Salmon filet
1 tbs Olive oil
1/2 tsp each Salt & pepper
1/8 tsp Paprika

1 per serving  Lobster & shrimp for garnish
1 tbs each Garlic butter, lemon hollandaise
parsley for garnish
 

Method:
Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt & pepper and paprika and place on a sizzling skillet with 2 oz. of water.
Cook to desired doneness.
Place lobster, shrimp and garlic butter in pan and cook for 30 seconds (shrimp will be cooked and lobster hot).
Drain off excess liquid.
Top salmon with lobster and shrimp, some will spill off the side which is fine. Ladle lemon hollandaise over the salmon, lobster and shrimp.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
