Motorcyclist identified after deadly crash in Phoenix

A motorcycle rider who died in a crash in West Phoenix has been identified.

Phoenix Police say 25-year-old Kyler Hohlbein was heading east on Indian School Friday afternoon when another driver made a left turn to enter a private driveway.  Hohlbein's motorcycle collided with the vehicle near 31st Avenue and he was thrown from the from his bike.  Emergency crews responded to the intersection and rushed him to a nearby hospital, but he did not survive his injuries.

Authorities shut down Indian School Road between 31st to 33rd Avenue while they investigated the crash, and the area is back open.
