It seems like the news for GM keeps getting worse and worse.  The massive ignition switch recall got even bigger this weekend, now involving nearly 3 million vehicles.  New CEO Mary Barra is set to testify before congress next week about what the company knew when.  One person who's going to be watching her testimony very carefully is Kassem Daklallah.  He's suing the automaker on behalf of a Dearborn man who owns one of those recalled Chevy Cobalts.  He joins us to make his case.  With him is John McElroy of Autoline Detroit and Auto Insight.  He's covered the Detroit auto industry for decades.
