Ingredients
ponzu   
soy sauce 2 Tbsp.   
rice vinegar 1 Tbsp.   
lime juice 2 Tsp   
lemon juice 1 Tsp   
extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp.   
salad   
heirloom tomato (mixed variety) ½ Lb.   
kosher salt pinch   
black pepper (coarse ground) pinch   
   
Garnish   
Fresh basil leaves (thai variety if available) to taste
   
Method   
Prepare the ponzu in a clean mixing bowl. Combine all of the ingredients for ponzu and stir well, then set aside.           
           
Building  the salad           
1. Wash and cut the tomatoes (slice, dice, or wedges)   
2. Arrange on plate as desired           
3. Season with salt and pepper           
4. Drizzle desired amount of ponzu over the tomatoes   
5. Garnish by randomly placing basil leaves generously over tomatoes.
