Super Saturday Event: Fashion For Charity

Posted: Updated:

Sandra Endo has a preview of Super Saturday with actress and fashionista Jaime King. Folks on the East coast are very familiar Super Saturday, but this is the first time the special charity event has come to us here on the West coast.

Super Saturday is a charity event that brings together designer products and fashions and sells them at a huge discount. Money raised from the sale goes to ovarian cancer research.

This is so much more than a sale and is known as the "Rolls Royce of garage sales" which offers designer women's and men clothing and accessories, home goods, children's clothing and toys, pet products, cutting-edge electronics and more from high-end brands like Versace, Kate Spade SATURDAY, Rachel Pally, James Perse, Trina Turk, David Meister, ERIN by Erin Fetherston, Kenneth Cole, Cosabella, Hudson Jeans, Kitson, Planet Blue, Fitbit, and SOL REPUBLIC.

The event for the whole family includes pampering stations with complimentary make-up lessons and manicures from L'Oreal Paris, complimentary blowouts by Rachel Zoe-co-founded DreamDry salon, At Home with JC Penney cooking demonstrations by actress and "Dinner at Tiffani's" host Tiffani Thiessen, Rob Younkers and Joe Zee's "Stitched Fashion Camp" where kids and teens can design one-of-a-kind shirts, fun children's games and activations, DIY cupcake decorating stations by celebrity chef and TV personality Duff Goldman, culinary experiences, gourmet treats and delectable desserts, a Pet Park for four-legged friends to play, a luxury grand raffle and more.

The event takes place this weekend at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica from 10am - 5pm.

The address is 3021 Airpoirt Avenue, #203, Santa Monica, CA 90405
