4 8 ounce hamburger patties
4 hamburger buns
Fresh ground pepper
Olive oil blend
Garlic, Bacon and Chive Butter
1 cup unsalted butter
¼ cup roasted garlic cloves
¼ cup apple wood bacon (cooked and diced)
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons smoked Gouda cheese
Oven dried tomato
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, bacon, chives and Gouda. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pre heat a cast iron skillet or Grill over medium high heat. Season burger patties on both sides with salt and pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil blend in skillet. Carefully add in patties and allow to cook until crusty and brown. Turn and finish to preferred temperature.
Top patties with butter mixture. Place on bun and top with optional ingredients. Serve.
