Man shoots, kills half-brother during Fourth of July

 Tempe Police have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing his half-brother at a family gathering during Independence Day.

Police responded to Kiwanis Park around 11:30pm Friday. They say 37-year-old Thomas Lee Woods, Jr. got into an argument with 33-year-old Martin Woods and it escalated to the point that Thomas shot Martin.

Thomas Lee Woods, Jr. will be charged with second degree murder. It was not immediately know what the two were arguing about.
