PHILADELPHIA -

A SEPTA spokesperson confirmed Tuesday afternoon that one of their busses had two windows shot out after being hit by a projectile.

Around 1:30 p.m. this afternoon a bus was travelling on Lehigh Ave on Route 54 between 15th and 16th streets when the windows were hit.

The projectile has been identified as a BB shot from a BB gun.

Neither the driver nor any passengers were injured, and there was no footage from any bus cameras capturing the incident.

The bus has been towed to the storage yard, and the investigation is ongoing.
