A toddler was listed in serious condition after being found in a pool, Suffolk County Police said Tuesday.

Cops and medics responded to a home in Sayville at shortly after 10:30 a.m., when the 18-month-old girl was found "unresponsive" in the family's in-ground pool, police said.

Officers and medics performed CPR on the girl, police said.

Medics brought her to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center, police said. She was later transferred to Stony Brook University Hospital.

Police are investigating.
