The alleged shooter has been identified as 60-year-old Anthony DeFrances of Tower Lakes. DeFrances had reportedly been told on Friday that he was being demoted as a result of the company downsizing. Officials are still working to determine how managed to get the weapon into the workplace.

Friday morning, people who work in the area of the crime scene were still feeling rattled. Some people say they even took a different way to work.

People who were in the area at the time of the shooting say they can't believe it happened.

"Who thinks about going to work on a normal business day and having something like this happen?" one man who works in the area told FOX 32 News.
