Very Cory Christmas: McGregor family lights in Phoenix

At 22415 N. 34th Lane (35th Ave. and Deer Valley Rd.), James McGregor has 40,000 lights, a 20 foot tall tree, along with Christmas scenes and characters. He's also collecting donations for Hospice of the Valley.
