No death penalty for Preston Lord murder suspects

Chandler City Council advances teen violence ordinances

The Chandler City Council advanced two proposals on Thursday night focused on preventing teen violence, including a proposal that would ban anyone under the age of 18 from having brass knuckles. The father of Preston Lord also spoke out during the meeting. FOX 10's Dominique Newland reports.
