PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A volunteer bus driver for a church in the East Calley is under arrest, accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl.
Deputies say the 74-year-old man, Richard Donnelly, admitted to sexually abusing two other young girls, two decades ago.
On Saturday, MCSO got a report of a nine-year-old girl who had been touched inappropriately. The person calling said it was Brother Donnelly who did this.
The victim told deputies Donnelly touched her breast, torso and private area over her clothes. During an interview, Donnelly admitted to this, and also admitted to molesting two girls under the age of 10 several times.
He said that happened 20 years ago, and one of those victims looked similar to this most recent one. Donnelly wasn't charged for those precious incidents. He is due back in court on July 13.
