News Reporter
FOX10, Arizona's leading news source, is looking for an experienced and passionate journalist to inform and engage our broadcast, streaming, social media, and digital audiences. Are you a dynamic and creative storyteller on every screen? Do you consistently develop unique story ideas and craft compelling, platform-specific breaking news, weather, and big story content? Do you want to be the lead story? Are you a problem solver who loves to engage with the entire newsroom in story production? Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Platform-Centric Storytelling: Conceptualize, research, and produce original news content that is optimized for linear television, our streaming channels, digital site, and social media platforms.
- Dynamic Live Coverage: Deliver engaging live streaming and linear news reports during breaking news and scheduled newscasts, demonstrating superior ad-libbing and interviewing skills.
- Collaborative Execution: Work cohesively with streaming, digital and linear producers, photographers, and editors to ensure a unified and powerful storytelling approach across all platforms, from initial concept to final execution.
- Source Development: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of sources to break exclusive stories.
- Community Engagement: Represent FOX10 at public events and actively participate in our station's community-focused initiatives.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional reporting experience in a television news environment.
- A proven track record of creating content that performs well across various platforms, including a strong portfolio of social media engagement.
- Exceptional on-air presence and demonstrated ability to handle the pressure of breaking news.
- A four-year college degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with modern newsroom computer systems and digital content creation tools.
- Experience in political reporting is a plus.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, varied hours, and travel as news dictates.

News Anchor/Reporter
FOX 10, Arizona’s preeminent source for news, is seeking a talented, passionate, creative, and collaborative weekend Anchor/Reporter to join our dynamic team! As part of the FOX family, you will receive generous time off, 401k matching, a wealth of employee resources and superior medical, dental and vision benefits from day 1! Requires a highly creative individual with the ability to research, write and deliver compelling news stories to maintain viewer interest. Must be an outstanding storyteller with strong interviewing skills and the ability to ad-lib effectively live on broadcast and digital platforms. Work cohesively with producers, editors and photographers to create news stories & features. Develop and maintain story source network. Make public appearances on behalf of the station. Work with social media to attract, inform and engage the audience. Four years college degree preferred. Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment within specific time constraints. Must also demonstrate experience and proficiency with live news technology and newsroom computers. Local/national travel required. Weekends, holidays, and varied hours required. Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
