Golden Margarita: Popular downtown Phoenix Mexican restaurant loses liquor license

Members of the Phoenix City Council have voted to not grant Golden Margarita, a popular restaurant in the Roosevelt Row area, a liquor permit due to issues with violence, noise complaints, and not paying employees on time.
