'Hi mom': Phoenix Police reunite missing man with his mother

New body-cam video released by Phoenix Police on Feb. 22 shows officers encountering a man who was reported missing by his mother. Police said the man suffers from mental health issues and officers gave him their phone so that he could call his mother and tell her that he was OK.
