Phoenix elementary school holds assembly in memory of namesake police detective

John Davis was a Phoenix Police detective, killed in the line of duty in 1982. The recognition in February comes during both Black History Month and Davis' birthday. FOX 10 Photojournalist Rick Davis, the son of John Davis, was invited to speak at the event on Feb. 22.
