Drive-by shooting in Phoenix injures child and kills teen, police say

A teenager died and a child was injured after a drive-by shooting in Phoenix, police said Friday, Feb. 3. According to a statement, the incident happened at 4:40 p.m. near 1st Avenue and Thomas Road.
