Shooting prompts shelter in place order for Chandler neighborhood

The suspect, who is accused of shooting and injuring a person during the morning hours of Mar. 27, resulted in residents being told to shelter in place in an area near Ray Road and Dobson. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
