Federal lawmakers propose bill that would create a no-fly list for unruly passengers

Congress is taking another look at creating a new no-fly list that is separate from the FBI's list for those with alleged terrorism ties. This proposed no-fly list is geared towards unruly passengers. Reporter Madeleine Rivera has more.
