Shady Park and senior living community reach agreement over noise lawsuit
A years-long dispute between a Tempe concert venue and Mirabella at ASU has come to an end, thanks to a settlement that will end all lawsuits in exchange for sound abatement measures. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
