City of Phoenix investigating strong skunk smell along Interstate 10
Officials with the City of Phoenix say they are in the process of investigating a dispensary and a nearby growhouse in the area of Interstate 10 and 24th Street, following several complaints about a strong skunk smell in the area. City officials say marijuana businesses are required to have an odor control in place, and inspectors will look into whether the businesses are in compliance.
