Governor Hobbs to testify in court on Aaron Gunches' execution pause

The execution of an Arizona inmate is not taking place today, and this afternoon, Gov. Katie Hobbs will be in court to explain her decision to stop the process. FOX 10's Desiree Fluellen reports.
