Craft cocktail bar in Downtown Phoenix features offerings tailored to birthstones

Craft cocktails are taking the Phoenix area by storm, and there is a new place to check out in Downtown Phoenix. Beasides offering mocktails for those who don't drink alcohol, Quartz also offers a cocktail menu that features 12 specialty cocktails for each birthstone. FOX 10 Photojournalist Joe Tillman has more.
