Victim identified in Lake Pleasant drowning

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has identified the person who drowned at Lake Pleasant on June 7 as 18-year-old Jovanni Thomas-Padilla. MCSO says Thomas-Padilla was having difficulties in the water when he went under and never resurfaced.
