Increased water patrol for 4th of July holiday

4th of July is a popular time to hit the water. While those who boat know it is a fun-filled event, it can also be something that's dangerous, and with that in mind, the Arizona Game and Fish Department is getting ready to increase water patrols, as part of 'Operation Dry Water.'
