Hurricane Hilary inches closer to the West Coast

FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak is at Sky Harbor as flights are canceled and/or delayed as Hurricane Hilary is expected to make landfall in California in the next several hours. Flights to SoCal are impacted as the storm inches closer.
