Arizona top educator plans to add armed officers to schools

Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne announced a plan to add more armed safety officers in schools. The new program, according to a statement released by Horne's office, will ensure that 138 law enforcement officers will be placed in public schools throughout Arizona's 11 counties.
