Voters reject Flagstaff hospital proposition

A "yes" vote on Proposition 480 would have moved Flagstaff Medical Center to a larger campus, several miles from downtown. The move would have amended the Flagstaff zoning map to rezone nearly 100 acres of property for the hospital.
