Arizona county supervisors indicted by Grand Jury
The two people, 61-year-old Peggy Judd and 64-year-old Tom Crosby, are supervisors for Cochise County, which is located in Southeastern Arizona. Judd and Crosby are accused of conspiring to delay the county's vote canvass after the November 2022 election, as well as interfering with the state's election canvass process. Both face up to 2.5 years in prison, for each indicted count, if convicted.
