Rep. Justin Heap joins Maricopa County Recorder race

Freshman Republican Rep. Justin Heap of Mesa filed his statement of interest to challenge Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer in the July primary election. Heap is a member of the Freedom Caucus at the state capitol. Richer was elected in 2020, beating Adrian Fontes, who is now the Arizona Secretary of State.
