Woman sues Phoenix district over language program
The woman, who resides in Scottsdale, is suing a Phoenix school district over a dual-language program that some believe violates a ballot measure that was approved by voters in the early 2000’s. The person handing the lawsuit is the wife of Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne. FOX 10’s Lindsey Ragas reports.
