'Secure the Border Act' to go before AZ voters

One of the things voters will weigh in on this November will be a bill that allows local and state police to arrest those who cross the U.S.-Mexico Border illegally, and the proposal has already generated controversy. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.
