Felony animal abuse suspect arrested after major bust

MCSO's Chief Deputy Jeff Gentry and Sgt. Joaquin Enriquez announced the arrest of John Jackson for alleged felony animal abuse. Several dogs were found dead, while others were living in "deplorable" conditions.
