AZ school district issues report on finance woes

A school district in the Phoenix area has issued a new report on their financial crisis. The Isaac School District has been trying to dig itself out of a $28 million hole, and the report gives more details on how the school got itself into its current financial predicaments. FOX 10's Marc Martinez reports.
