Gov. Hobbs expected to veto House GOP budget

Gov. Katie Hobbs announced she will veto the House Republican's continuation budget. Hobbs and the Arizona Senate agreed on a $17.6 billion budget, sending it to the House. It's unclear if the House will approve it before next Monday's deadline.
