18 lifeguards on duty when boy drowned at Chandler pool, city says

The city of Chandler said 18 lifeguards were on duty when a four-year-old boy was pulled from a pool on Sunday night and died. It happened at the city's Hamilton Aquatic Center. FOX 10's Lauren Clark has the details.
