Why are skies hazy in the Phoenix area?

A haze settled over the Valley on Tuesday, cutting visibility and leading to hazardous air quality. This dust rolled in Monday night, a result of gusty winds from overnight thunderstorms to our east. FOX 10's Lauren Clark has this story.
