Child dies following DUI crash

Phoenix police say a six-year-old boy who was critically injured in this crash has now passed away. They also say the suspect has been identified as 19-year-old German Godinez-Godinez. Police say he showed signs of impairment and admitted to using alcohol and drugs before driving. He has been charged with one count of manslaughter, along with other charges.
