Valley non-profit rebuilds rebuilds Phoenix neighborhood

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Rebuilding Together?Valley of the Sun has already rebuilt hundreds of homes this year, but this is the first time they're rebuilding an entire block. "We are working on four homes in west Phoenix today; two directly across the street from each other and one a little further down the block," Kelly Watson said.
