Woman dead after being tied up in Phoenix hotel with boyfriend

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Phoenix police say a man and a woman were bound up in a motel room in Phoenix Sunday morning. The man escaped but the woman was killed.� Officers arrived to the motel in the 2700 block of Sweetwater Ave. around 8 a.m. Sunday morning.
