Driver plows into Phoenix canal, taken into custody after being rescued

A car ended?up plowing into a Phoenix canal Sunday. The crash happened in the morning?near 27th Avenue and Grand Canal Trail. Phoenix Police say the vehicle was in 2 feet of water.
