Fire crews make practice water drops at East Valley airport

Ahead of the 2021 wildfire season, crews are honing their craft at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, operating a one-of-its-kind aircraft while making drops of thousands of gallons of water at the airport tarmac.
