Wooden silhouettes at Peoria park stand as tribute to victims of domestic violence

On display at Centennial Plaza are six silhouettes, representing just a fraction of victims. The goal is to tell people that domestic violence is preventable, and there are resources out there to help. FOX 10's Jennifer Martinez reports.
