Police identify suspect, victim in early morning murder-suicide

Phoenix Police identified 23-year-old Alexis Torres as the suspect who fatally shot his ex-girlfriend, 30-year-old Selena Felix, before dying from a self-inflicted gunshot wound during a police standoff Monday.
