Authorities identified 48-year-old Lee Arthur Simmons Jr. as the driver accused of the deadly Phoenix crash involving seven vehicles. The suspect was reportedly driving at 96 mph prior to the crash that killed a 60-year-old man and sent two people to the hospital.
