Michelin recommended restaurant Indibar added to a prestigious list | FOX 10 Phoenix

The inaugural 2026 Southwest Michelin Guide was recently announced in Las Vegas, highlighting top dining establishments across the region. While no Arizona restaurants received a coveted Michelin star, several earned a place on the prestigious Michelin recommended list. Among those honored was Indibar, an Indian restaurant operating in Paradise Valley. Chef Nigel Lobo and Chef Ajay Singh visited the studio to discuss what the recognition means for their team and for Indian cuisine in Arizona. Both chefs bring extensive culinary experience from abroad, including time spent working in award-winning restaurants in Dubai. They emphasized that earning a spot in the guide reflects the hard work of their entire staff, including specialists in tandoori cooking, curries, pastry, and mixology.
