100+ measles cases confirmed in 9 states: CDC

Officials with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say at least 171 measles cases have been confirmed in nine states. Now, public health officials are renewing their push for more people to get vaccinated against the contagious disease. Reporter Madison Scarpino has more.
