AZ tribe chairman's case referred to USAO

The case involving White Mountain Apache tribal chairman Kasey Velasquez has entered a new phase, with BIA officials saying the case, which involves allegations of sexual assault, has been referred to the U.S. Attorney's Office for federal prosecution.
